She was born and raised in Spain where she earned a computer programming degree and later worked in the sales and trading division of a local prominent bank.Shortly after her arrival in the US in 1996, she worked for Delta Airlines as a customer service manager for elite members and as a software field instructor.
Raquel began her career in real estate in 2003 as a mortgage loan processor and supervisor at Optimus Lending, a company that she co-founded in Long Beach, Ca. She was a founding member and active participant of Las Palmas LLC, which completed a condo conversion project in downtown Long Beach, and also developed land in Big Bear. In 2006 Raquel was hired by IndyMac Bank as a Customer Account Executive managing high producing brokerages and bank partners.
