WELCOME TO THE OUTPOST! Welcome to the Outpost! We are the premier student housing complex in San Marcos, TX on Post Road near Bobcat Stadium for Texas State University. We are close to campus located on the first stop with the university shuttle service Post Road route. We offer 2, 3 and 4 bedroom furnished apartments with hardwood style flooring and leather style living room furniture ready for

you to move into! Some of our amenities include pool and hot tub, barbeque pits throughout the complex, sand volleyball court, basketball court, 24-hour fitness center, and 24-hour business center. Stop by for a tour today so we can show you what you are missing.

Our maintenance team is the heart of smooth running here at The Outpost.
It's no surprise so many of our reviews hype up this team and their efforts!

With move-out around the corner, they've got some super handy advice for you:
1) If you plan on moving out in July, make sure you are putting in service requests NOW, so the team can help you before it's too late👀
2) Common missed cleaning includes: microwave, stove/oven, fridges, toilets, and bathtubs.
3) Check in your couch cushions for items!
4) If you have a pet, consider professional carpet cleaning services.
5) Throw away all trash (including on balcony & in Valet trash bins).

When the sun comes back out for us, we know where we will be. Not only does our sand volleyball court boast some of the deepest sand, it also has spectator balconies, grills next to it, and a pool view for that real beach feel!

Shout out to TXST Track & Field for making our sand volleyball court look so good...and making our own skills look so bad😮‍💨😄🙌💪
