First Infrared Session? ♨️ Here are a few tips to help you get the most out of your experience!

💧 Hydrate: Drink plenty of water before and after your session

🥗 Eat light: A light meal beforehand can help you feel more comfortable during your session

💦 Expect to sweat: Wear comfortable clothing, undergarments, or a bathing suit, and bring a change of clothes for afterward

✨ Notice how you feel: Your first session is all about tuning in to your body. Pay attention to how you feel before, during, and after your session. Notice changes in relaxation, tension, energy, and overall well-being. Everyone responds differently, so give yourself time to discover what feels best for you.

🧘 Get comfortable: Find a position that feels good and allow yourself to relax. Keep your head above your heart

🌿 Listen to your body: If you feel too warm or uncomfortable, let the staff know. The temperature of each zone on the wrap can be adjusted to help you feel more comfortable!

😌 Relax & enjoy: Take this time to slow down, unwind, and focus on yourself

Every time you relax in a FIT Bodywrap, you are using a wellness secret that is centuries old. Here is the simple timeline of how we got here:

* Ancient Times: Chinese healers, Roman bathers, and Indian yogis used natural heat to heal the body🧖‍♀️

* Year 1800: A scientist named Sir William Herschel discovered an “invisible light” that creates deep heat. This was the birth of infrared! 🔬

* Late 1800s: Dr. Kellogg built the first “sweat cabinets” to help his patients detox and recover 🗄️

* Today: Modern experts like our own Dr. Aaron Flickstein have perfected this science into the FIT Bodywrap system you know and love 💫

You aren’t just trying a trend, you are practicing a time-tested tradition backed by real science 🌞

How good it feels to be efficient with the workday and planning intentional wind-down time. 🤍

Knowing this infrared heat is boosting my blood flow and tissue oxygenation (aka speeding up healing) makes it even better. 🧘‍♀️✨
