Today was an 8-hour inspection day, and every minute was worth it! 🔍

I’m so excited for my buyers as they prepare to upgrade into this larger home and make it their own. This is such a big milestone, and inspection day is one of the most important steps in making sure they move forward with confidence.

✨ 3 things every buyer should pay attention to during a home inspection:

1️⃣ The Roof
Understanding the age, condition, and remaining life of the roof can help avoid major expenses down the road.

2️⃣ Major Systems
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and water heaters are some of the most expensive components to repair or replace.

3️⃣ Signs of Water Damage
Leaks, drainage issues, and moisture intrusion can lead to costly repairs if they’re not identified early.
