At first glance, this sofa looked pretty empty today… 🛋️

But not for long, because I had a very special visitor stop by the office — Beau! 🐾

Beau officially became my very first four-legged client today, and he and his sweet Mom came to talk about one very important thing… finding Beau the perfect backyard! 🌳🐶

I have to say, Beau may already be one of my favorite clients. He was polite, adorable, and very interested in making sure the next home has plenty of room to run, play, and soak up the sunshine. ☀️

Helping families find the right home is always special, but helping find the right home for every member of the family — especially the furry ones — makes it even better. ❤️

I am back in Lockhart again, but this time I made a stop at Mario‘s for one of their delicious horchatas and wow, it did not disappoint! 😍

Always love ❤️ when business takes me to my hometown of Lockhart, Texas. Helped some clients with an inspection today on a home they have under contract. Decided I needed a little late lunch while I was there!😁 I typically eat at Kruez, but since it’s Friday, I opted for Chisholm Trail since they have a catfish option. 🐟
