Where do you sell real estate?

My answer? Wherever my clients take me! 😊🏡

Today, that happens to be Cedar Park, Texas! I stopped for a little lunch break at Chili’s while showing homes to a wonderful family who is moving to Texas from out of state.

How did we connect? A referral from a past client in San Marcos! 🙏

One of the greatest compliments I can receive is when a client trust me enough to refer their family and friends. Since so much of my business is built on referrals, I’m always happy to go wherever I’m needed to make the move a little easier.

And when you’re shopping with children, sometimes lunch and a nap are just as important as finding the perfect floor plan! 😂❤️

So today we’re taking a little break, recharging, and then it’s back to the home search!

Meet Cheddar, the orange cat, who apparently decided he was the REALTOR today! He gave us the full house tour, made sure we didn’t miss anything, and provided plenty of entertainment along the way.

🏡 Well… THAT was fast! 😂

I was all ready to tell you about my new listing at 211 Royal Oaks in San Antonio… but apparently, I was a little late to the party!

SOLD—well, UNDER CONTRACT—before I could even tell you about it! 🎉🔑

And while I would have loved to show it off a little longer, I’m certainly not complaining! 😉

This is a great reminder that pricing a property properly from the very beginning matters. When a home is priced strategically based on the market, condition, location and comparable properties, it can create the kind of attention that gets buyers moving.

I spent this morning walking almost a 7 acre tract in Seguin, Texas, and let me just say… there are worst ways to start the day! 😉

This property has so much going for it already – it’s fenced, has water, septic, and electricity, making it pretty much ready for its next chapter and a new owner! 🏡
