With all the property Fraud happening everywhere, there are a few counties in California who have started a free alert system to warn homeowners when a document has been recorded on their property and what you can do to fight it. But, you have to sign up for it.

I have been a Real Estate and Mortgage Loan Professional for over 35 years. Over my career, I have built up a multi-level client base and have gained the goodwill of the community of North San Diego County. Being a former owner of my own Real Estate and Mortgage firm for 8 years, I have a multi-level knowledge of mortgages, underwriting, drawing my own loan documents and funding my own loans. I am also a Notary Public. I am also well versed in 1031 exchanges, probate sales and land sales. I believe in strategic planning for optimal results when marketing a home, keeping my sellers informed every step of the way. I love to educate my buyers of the "Do's and Don'ts" of home selection, what to look out for and also making sure they have obtained the best financing available. In short, I always analyze and anticipate current circumstances of possible issues to in order to get ahead of them and correct them before they become huge problems, helping my sellers and buyers have a stress free and satisfying experience.
