Happy September! 🍂 We’re excited to kick off a new month and have some fun things planned for our Topaz community. Take a look at our September Calendar below for upcoming resident events, office closures, and important dates!
☕ September 17 – Take a Book, Leave a Book! 📚
Calling all book lovers! We’re bringing a little free library experience to Topaz. We will have a small library box located near the mail area and front office where residents can participate by leaving behind a book they’ve finished and taking a book that someone else has left behind.
Whether you’re looking for your next great read or have a book ready to pass along, we hope you’ll stop by and participate! 📖✨
☕ September 19 – National Coffee Day! 🍩
Come hang out with us in the office and celebrate National Coffee Day! We’ll have fresh coffee and some sweet treats available for our residents to enjoy. Stop by, grab a cup, and say hello to the Topaz team! ❤️
📅 Important Office Closures
🇺🇸 Monday, September 7 – Labor Day
The leasing office will be closed for Labor Day and will reopen on Tuesday, September 8, during our normal business hours.
🥫 Tuesday, September 15 – Staff Volunteer Day
Our Topaz team will be volunteering at the San Antonio Food Bank! As we give back to our community, the office will be closed from 8:30 AM–1:30 PM on September 15. We will resume normal operations after 1:30 PM.
We’re looking forward to spending another fun-filled month with our Topaz residents! Be sure to keep an eye on your email, resident portal, and community announcements for any additional updates and event reminders.
