A common question that home buyers who are purchasing a new construction always have is, " Why do I need to hire a third party inspector, the house is brand new." Well This is one of the many things that I have found inspecting new construction. The Supply plenum on the heating and cooling system has separated at some of it's joints. This is due to the plenum being poorly supported, and the sealing job was poorly done.

To regain friends in your news feed and get rid of ads: hold your finger anywhere in this post and click ′copy’. Go to your page where it says ‘What's on your mind?’. Tap your finger anywhere in the blank field and click paste. This upgrades the system somehow.
It's sad we have to keep doing this to kill the ads and see our friends.
The Ads are getting ridiculous!
