A warning to the residents of San Marcos!

A vicious, thieving pirate has been spotted at high speed throughout the area. Avoid the La Cima area as there have been several reports of his presence. If you are contacted by him, stay calm; one report says he moved along after the victim was liberated of some candy.
Stay diligent, stow away some candy, and stick to busier shipping routes.

So what do I do here? I'm told I'm young, vibrant, and healthy other than my kidneys don't work correctly. I'm told I don't have any transfusions or antibody issues, I'm told keep up the amazing job with my weight and blood work. Yet today I'm told I am going to have to add another day of treatment to my schedule going forward. So now I am having to do treatment and additional 16 days a year. For me that's 16 more lost days a year. All of this could be stopped if someone would just give me a few days of your time, and you incurr no costs, my insurance pays for everything, including all the screenings you will receive for free!!!! My family would be forever in your debt if you would just help me be there for them.
