This was a special one!
My clients were searching for a single-story home in a walkable Pasadena neighborhood, near shops and restaurants but also wanted something with true character—something that felt special.
We looked for months but couldn’t find the right fit on the market.
But there was one home I had in mind…
A 1913 property with incredible architectural pedigree, designed by Myron Hunt (think Rose Bowl Stadium, Ambassador Hotel) in collaboration with Henry E. Huntington.
It had been listed last year at $5,000,000 then taken off the market.
Through proactive outreach and a lot of persistence, I was able to bring the opportunity back—and ultimately secure it for my client at $4,680,000.
It’s not every day you help someone purchase a home with this level of history and significance.
This is why I love what I do.
If you’re looking for something specific—or curious about what might be available beyond what you see online—I’m always happy to talk.
