We're excited to announce that construction will begin shortly on a state of the art Fitness Center at the Oakview Apartments! :-) We hope the tenants will be thrilled when it's completed. Think of the money that could be saved on gym memberships and avoiding the nasty commute to work out. :-)

Every renovation we do at SMI, we pride ourselves in doing it top notch. We hired Earl Gustafson Construction to do this renovation of one of our duplexes. Earl did a fabulous job! There was a lot of interest during construction and it was rented before it was finished. The new tenants moved in yesterday with their young child and are THRILLED!!!
