As we close out May, here's a real look at what we observed in the Belmont market this month:

Well-priced, well-prepared homes continued to attract genuine interest. The buyers out there right now are serious they're not browsing casually.

Inventory stayed tight. We're not seeing a flood of new listings, which continues to give sellers a meaningful advantage in terms of competition.
