Tazian explains his dedication to the three principals of Service, Professionalism, Integrity guiding the company in a simple sentence, "my name is on the company". up the company, from its inception. First Licensed in 2003, Tazian began his real estate career with Signature Realty and Mortgage (another fine boutique real estate firm located in Redwood City CA). The founder of Signature and Realty and Mortgage, Mr. Robert Pedro, and Mr. Tazian had known each other since their days in San Francisco State University where they became brothers of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. Tazian began his Real Estate sales career with a Three Million Dollar listing located in Hillsborough California. What followed were a series of transactions that culminated in Mr. Tazian branching off and founding Tazian Associates Inc. Founded in 2005, Tazian Associates Inc. has grown to a multi-agent operation yet always staying true to the guiding principles of the company.
