Bay Area Home prices stabilizing despite a 22-year high for mortgage rates and an unseasonal rise in inventory -
It’s been a cool summer so far, both literally and figuratively with our housing market, as inner Bay Area sales volume is down 11.3% month-to-month the past 30 days and 13.9% Year to Year, and the June Greater Bay Area home sales volume was down 19.4% Year to Year vs. June/2022
