Bing - you are so honest and upright - even at the cost of losing your commission, you still tell the truth. That is why we love you so much. I would love to get away from CA off to N Carolina or somewhere else of the East Coast with greenery and pine trees and live happily after. It's Irma because of my daughter and our son, she wants to be there. The question for you to guide us is this. I am 63 years old and another 3 years will retire. Have the Roseville (Sac) house on rent and we make $2,200 rental. We bought it in 2005 for $510,000 after you sold our Bayarea house in 2005. It is still at $500,000 after 13 years.. Lol

Do you think we should buy in Bayarea or rent? Do you think it's wise to buy because the values will go up? or live in rental premises?
