On lunatitleteam.com, there’s now a Supplemental Property Tax Estimator that gives a quick estimate in seconds.
You just:
• Choose the purchase month
• Select the CA county
• Enter the purchase price
• Enter the previous assessed value
The estimator uses county-specific tax rate estimates, updates instantly, and automatically separates the bill for January–May purchases when needed.
There’s also a “See the math” option, so buyers can see how the estimate is calculated instead of just seeing a total.
You’ll find it on lunatitleteam.com under Fidelity Tech Tools (search “supplemental”) or on the Supplemental Property Taxes card on the homepage.
