The Marin Association of REALTORS® today announced that it opposes efforts to recall Marin County Supervisor Susan Adams.
Citing a motion passed by the Board of Directors this week, MAR President Jack Wilkinson said in a news release that, “There appears to be no egregious reason for the recall. Indeed, a recall election would impose an unnecessary financial burden on the County of Marin.”
“Supervisor Susan Adams has been a supporter of our key policy issues over the years,” Wilkinson noted. “Although elected officials must face the voters on a regular basis, we see no compelling reason for others to seek her removal from office in a special recall election,” he said.
