Our advice? In most cases, โ ๐๐จ๐งโ๐ญ ๐๐จ ๐ข๐ญ โ.
If your Eichler has a functional radiant heating system with copper pipes, abandoning it can be a poor long-term decision. We put together a new blog post covering radiant heat, copper vs. galvanized pipes, mini-splits, Unico systems, roof replacement planning, foam roofing, and why preserving a working radiant system often makes sense.
