Kathy Schlegel has been a full-time, professional REALTOR since 1990 specializing in the sales and marketing of residential properties in Marin County. Respected and admired by her clients and peers, she was chosen as REALTOR of the Year in 2008, Marin Women's Council of Realtors Entrepreneur of the Year in 2010 and was elected as President of the Marin Association of Realtors for 2006. She has be
en a board member on the Marin Association of Realtors, Chairman of the Education and Budget Committees for many years and served on the board of the California Association of Realtors. Prior to her career as a successful Realtor, Kathy worked as an Investment Banker at Morgan Guaranty Trust Co. in New York, NY, and was a Commercial Lender for Bank of Montreal, San Francisco. She was also Manager, Project Finance for the US Synthetic Fuels Corporation in Washington, DC. She is very involved in her community and has been on the Board of Directors of the Pacheco Valle Masters Association and is a graduate of the San Rafael Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute. In addition, she has held leadership positions at the Episcopal Church of the Nativity in San Rafael.
