I pride myself in being involved in every step of a Real Estate transaction, I'm an active negotiator and not just a paper pusher! I try to earn every penny and go the extra mile. To this day it blows my mind that Realtors don't take the time to show a home buyer where the water main shut off valve is located or not helping them understand the loan they have been prequalified for.
