Lender says we are clear for take off! I mean ….clear to close!! What does that mean anyway??!

The Lender and underwriter have reviewed all documents and have given their final approval to move forward for the purchase of the house. This means the buyers can’t finally get their signing appointments for their loan docs and close on their new home.
