So Grateful for our first time buyers who decided to move all the way from San Francisco and purchase a 3 bedroom home in Pittsburg CA and they were so diligent through the home buying process as opposed to renting!!!

A FUNNY story!!!

I was so busy that I reminded myself to text my buyer at 1:00 am, yes at 1:00 AM, so that I would not forget to text him the next morning about a new listing at 119 Sunswept Ct. Hayward, CA
Hilarious!!!
My buyer texted me back at 1:00 am and he said, " I LOVE THAT HOUSE LYNNE!" YOU NAILED WHAT I WANTED!"

I texted him back and I said, " ARE you up?""" OMG!!! Hilarious!!!

THIS WAS THE HOME WE GOT IN CONTRACT, IN SPITE OF MULTIPLE OFFERS! HAH!!!! AND YES WE NAILED IT!
I LOVE THAT SYNCHRONIZED ENERGY WITH MY BUYERS!

CLOSED AT 985,000 , A newer town house in Hayward featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, BUILT IN 2019. A whole lot better than those single family homes that have been remodeled for sure that still had a lot of dry rot and Section One items!

We placed an offer once and got outbid with multiple offers in Milpitas and in this scenario there was multiple offers as well, but we got this DONE!!!! It is not easy placing offers these days for buyers! The sellers too had a difficult time getting their offers in for the replacement home but managed to get their offer accepted after competing with 9 offers. Yes, competition is fierce!
