🧺 Shop the Farmers Market — Baskets of just-picked produce, bundles of local flowers, jars of honey and jam — the market this time of year is a love letter to the harvest. Busy doing what I absolutely love! ❤️

Some days are a little crazy... open houses, showings, calls, texts, negotiations and a whole lot in between. 😂📞🏡

But honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

There’s something so rewarding about helping people make big moves, finding the right home, and being part of such an important chapter in their lives. ❤️

So yes... I’m kinda busy. 😜 And I’m loving every minute of it. 🏡✨

Going to an open house? I used to think it was just about seeing if you liked the house. It’s not. 🏡

When you’re seriously looking to buy, an open house is your chance to slow down, look closer, and ask the questions that matter.

Here are a few things I’d pay attention to:

Look past the pretty stuff.
Staging is meant to make a home feel good, but pay attention to the things that are harder to change—layout, natural light, storage, condition, and overall flow.

Check the neighborhood, too.
Take a few minutes outside and notice the street, parking, traffic, noise, and overall feel of the area.

Open the cabinets. Look in the closets.
You’re not being nosy—you’re buying a home. Check storage, finishes, windows, and signs of moisture or other potential issues.

Ask questions while you’re there.
Ask about the time on market, recent updates, HOA fees, disclosures, and anything else you’re unsure about.

And most importantly, don’t feel pressured to decide on the spot.
Sometimes you walk into a home and immediately know. Other times, you need to think about it. Both are okay.

An open house isn’t just about asking, “Do I love this house?”

It’s also asking, “Does this house actually make sense for me?”
