One of our favorite things about living in the Tri-Valley is all the festivals and events that go on this time of year ☀️ The San Ramon Art & Wind Festival 🪁 is one that we look forward to going to every year! The last few times we went with friends, and this year my brother joined us. It was the perfect weather for kite flying and we had a great time! 😎
