Core PCE (the Fed's preferred inflation measure) rose 0.1% from March to April. The yearly rate dropped from 2.7% to 2.5%, moving closer to that coveted 2% Fed target!

We knew this day would come. Fed Chairman Powell all but confirmed their decision to cut interest rates next month. And this will likely only be the first of several cuts to come.

The housing market will only continue to heat up from here.
