Owner has complied with all terms of said lease and of O.C.G.A. Title 10, Chapter 4. Said sale will take place February 14, 2025 @ 10:00 a.m. at 500 M. Friedman Drive, Sandersville, Georgia. Sales can be made with cash, check or card (there is a 3% convenience fee added to all card transactions). Successful bidders must take possession of any purchases at the time of sale.
