The views from this condo are just incredible!

🏡 New Hampshire’s housing market remains strong!

Through the first half of 2026, the statewide median sales price for a single-family home climbed to $555,000—up 3.7% from the same time last year.

Rochester, Goffstown, Nashua, Bedford, and Laconia saw the biggest gains, while every town continues to tell its own real estate story. Real estate trends vary from town to town, it’s not a one size fits all.
