Marshall started out managing a handful of properties in Washington in 2009 and quickly grew that number to over 15 properties. In 2015 he shifted gears and obtained his degree in Aviation Science, as well as his FAA-A&P license. Shortly thereafter, he started traveling worldwide as a Black Hawk helicopter Crew Chief. In his spare time while living in Sandpoint, he started managing property once a
gain. This opportunity led to seeing a need for a quality service in the greater Sandpoint area that caters to Snowbirds whose homes need upkeep and safe-keeping while they’re away. Whittney is a 4th Generation Sandpoint native who has seen Sandpoint go from a small Northwest town to a resort destination over the course of her life. Seeing the changes in Sandpoint in recent years has made her aware of and in tune to the needs of our growing city. Wanting to establish and maintain the highest set of standards and ethics, Marshall & Whittney researched and educated themselves in the home watch profession.
