Here is your July 2026 real estate market update for North Idaho! 📊

Overall inventory continues to tighten across our region, with active listings down nearly 19% in Bonner County and over 13% in Boundary County compared to last July. Despite tighter inventory, buyer demand remains strong—pending sales jumped over 23% in Bonner County and a massive 69% in Boundary County. Properties are moving faster too, averaging around 72 to 73 days on market, while median sales prices held strong at $650,000 in Bonner County and $489,000 in Boundary County.
