I started my professional career in construction when I was in High School. Later I worked in the Dairy Industry in Vermont and Washington State and then the fishing industry in Alaska and the Puget Sou

nd . I owned and operated a refrigerated trucking company in Seattle for perishable commodities moving in and out of the state for 16 years. My facility did transloads from rail, plane, truck or boat out of our facility in South Seattle. Transporting the commodities(which were mostly fresh and frozen seafood) between 7 Western States on an LTL basis. Landing in Sandpoint ,Idaho over 20 years ago began as a landowner and then a full time resident in 2000. They love this area ,as much as I do and cherish their wonderful childhood memories from Summers at the cabin on the Pend O'Reille River to Winters on Schweitzer Mountain. We never have to leave home to vacation! Customer service has been the main focus of any job I have been involved with and so Real Estate came as a natural and rewarding career. Most people see me in real estate mode…
But this is the real me.

North Idaho tennis isn’t exactly the “cute skirt and visor” lifestyle you see online..
It’s layers… then removing layers… then putting them back on mid-set. Hoodies, vests, leggings under skirts… whatever keeps you warm enough to actually feel your hands.

But somehow… that’s part of the magic.

Because it’s not about the outfits here.
It’s about the laughs between points, the friendships that show up no matter the weather, and the kind of joy you only get when you’re doing something you love with people you adore.

These gals… this time… this messy, bundled-up version of tennis…
This is where I get to just be me.

And I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

From watching them dream… to watching them level up.

This sweet family trusted the process, did the work, and stayed steady through every step. And now… their SECOND home.

Everyone has a room.
Land for the kids, bikes, and that treehouse.
A huge shop for Dad.
And yes… a hot tub to top it off.

This is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.

I’m going to miss them… but wow, what a next chapter.

Watching them sign today was bittersweet. This home held their “firsts” before their family grew—and now it’s ready for its next chapter. I’ll miss them deeply. Loyal, trusting, hardworking, and full of love—they poured everything into this home. Every call, every question, every detail… it was truly an honor to walk this journey with them.
