As with all issues Real Estate right now what was true yesterday may be 180 degrees different today. Point in fact - This ROI chart on home improvement projects. It was only February this year that Garage Doors ranked #1 at $100% and this study does not even have a garage door. It does however have front entrance doors mentioned. I will still maintain the importance of garage door as well.
