Jim Campasino, Developer Sales Jim Campasino is a sales associate for The Idaho Club During the next 4 years he originated and funded in excess of $250 million in closed transactions.

Jim Campasino joined John L Scott in April of 2014 after spending 2 years as the Residential Sales Manager for the very successful urban development Kendall Yards. He has represented more buyers in the purchase process in Kendall Yards than any other Spokane Real Estate Broker. Jim started his real estate career in 1990 in residential lending, becoming his firms leading producer for 9-consecutive

years. In 2000 he was recruited by a Life Insurance Company to come to work in their new commercial lending division. Seeing a niche, he started his own firm where he continued to serve his clients in the real estate development community nationwide. Jim earned the CSP designation, as a certified new construction specialist and actively represents buyers and sellers all over Spokane County. Jim and his wife Janelle became empty nesters in 2011, and decided to purchase a home in Kendall Yards where they enjoy all of the activities that urban living has to offer. Jim has been active in the Spokane amateur golf community, since playing high school and college golf. He is the past President of Spokane South Rotary. He currently serves on the meal team in the West Central Community and the advisory board for the Kendall Yards Home Owners Association. Jim, Janelle and their 2-boys Adam and Jared are all certified scuba divers. Most of the family vacations the last 10 years have revolved around diving in locations such as Bonaire, Galapagos, Palau and Yap. Jim has his advanced certification and has completed in excess of 300 dives. He is a very amateur underwater photographer.
