I found a new favorite little spot in Sandpoint! 💛

It’s The Granary General Store on Oak Street, and oh my goodness, the food is good. Fresh bread, beautiful baked treats, and so many things I wanted to bring home. I took plenty of pictures while I was there—even one of my lunch!

My favorite is their smoked salmon focaccia sandwich. I’ve had it more than once, but I usually eat it before I remember to take a picture. That should tell you something. 😄

What I love most is how welcoming it feels. It’s the kind of place where you can stop in for a bite, run into a neighbor, and end up staying a little longer.

Today is a day to remember. To remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the families who still carry that loss, and the incredible first responders and everyday people who showed us what courage looks like.

Twenty-five years later, I still think about how, in the midst of such heartbreak, we came together. We helped our neighbors. We showed kindness to strangers. We stood together as Americans.

May we always remember those we lost, honor those who served and sacrificed, and hold onto that spirit of caring for one another. ❤️🤍💙

Three packed days at NAR Leadership—learning, connecting, laughing, and coming home with a whole lot of new ideas!

As I prepare to step into my role as incoming President of the Selkirk Association of REALTORS®, one of my biggest takeaways was that leadership isn’t just about holding a title—it’s about bringing value.

One of the best parts was meeting REALTORS® and leaders from across the country, representing different markets, brokerages and perspectives. There is so much we can learn from one another when we get in the same room and share what’s working, what’s changing and how we can better serve the people who trust us.

This one is officially SOLD, and closing day was definitely bittersweet.

This property held years of memories for the family, and helping the heirs through the process of saying goodbye to a place that meant so much was something I didn’t take lightly.

Now, 5 beautiful acres, two living spaces, a shop, gardens and all that wonderful North Idaho scenery are ready for a new family to make their own memories.

Some closings are about more than handing over the keys. They’re about closing one chapter with care and opening another with excitement.
