Three local guys spent Wednesday planting 16 trees around downtown Sandusky, a small way to help keep our community beautiful for years to come.

Did you know one mature tree can provide enough oxygen for two people each day? So technically, after planting 16 trees, these guys may have just secured their own oxygen supply for the foreseeable future ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’š

Purchased in 2013, this was the very first property that planted our roots as a property management company. Today, itโ€™s home to Marina Medical, Marina at home, and Nexxt Level Gym...businesses that continue to serve and strengthen our community every day.

San Marino Development Company, owned by Mike Will, is truly a dream landlord. He is friendly and approachable, professional and responsive, and takes great pride in maintaining his properties. Itโ€™s not uncommon to see him out mowing and landscaping in the spring and summer or plowing and shoveling snow in the winter. Heโ€™s always just an email or text away when needed and responds in a timely manner. Pricing is fair, and the payment process is simple and stress-free. Iโ€™ve been with SMDC for three years and continue to feel confident and comfortable renting with them.
