Parke Madden’s interest in real estate began while being raised in a period Nantucket whaling captain’s home. Since then, he and his family have owned and restored several historic properties, both on Nantucket and on Cape Cod. His life-long history in the area brings local expertise and insight. He provides the discerning client with friendly, expert advice. Parke is an active member of the Cape & Islands Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Parke currently resides in an 1865 Sandwich home with his wife Jennifer who works as Chief Curator at Heritage Museums & Gardens. He is a graduate of St. Mark’s School and holds a degree in Classics from the University of New Hampshire. Parke is an active volunteer teaching art history in the Sandwich school system where his two children are enrolled, and coaches youth basketball for Sandwich Recreation. In his free time, he enjoys crafting handmade wooden surfboards and whirligigs.
