Day 25: Calloway Title serves our industry as frequent speakers for the State Bar of Georgia, the Southeast Land Title Association and various title company seminars, sharing knowledge and expertise to help strengthen the profession.

Day 24: Calloway Title has long supported the Southeast Land Title Association, with a legacy of leadership across the organization. Marcus Calloway was named Title Person of the Year in 2017, Kathryn Stewart in 2019 and George C. Calloway in 2024. Kathryn Stewart served as President from 2008-2009, Amanda Calloway from 2018-2019 and Kyle J. Levstek from 2021-2022.

Today, our team continues to serve on the Membership, Legislative, Advisory Council and Luncheon Committees.💙

Giving back isn't always a donation; sometimes it's years of service. 🛎️

Day 23: Several Calloway Title team members have dedicated years of service to the Real Property Law Section of the Georgia State Bar. Sean Kasper, Associate Counsel, currently serves on the Executive Committee, and Chad Henderson, Managing Attorney, sits on the Advisory Board. Managing Partner Kyle Levstek recently rolled off the Executive Committee after 6 years, and Managing Partner Amanda Calloway rolled off the year before after 10 years on the board, including serving as its Chair.

Day 22: Donna Massey, one of our longest-standing and most beloved teammates and the Calloway Title team are proud to support Campus Clubs, Inc. with a donation to this Macon ministry celebrating 30 years of serving children and families through academics, mentorship and spiritual growth.

Day 21: Calloway Title is serving as a scoreboard sponsor of Cartersville High School Football, supporting the development of young athletes both on and off the field. The connection runs deep, from Managing Partner Kyle Levstek's son, Carter, a senior at Cartersville High School, to Marcus Calloway himself, who won a National Championship at Troy in 1968.

A fitting place to invest in a team and a community connected to our own family. 🏈💙

Small act, big impact. Just one of the 30 ways we've given back this year.

Day 20: To celebrate our expansion into Alabama, Calloway Title and Escrow sponsored a foster puppy named Willow, in partnership with University of Alabama students. Together, the students and the Calloway family cared for Willow and found her a permanent home in Georgia within weeks. 🐾

Another day of giving to celebrate 30 years of business.

Day 19: Calloway Title served as a field signage sponsor for the 2026 Seckinger High School baseball team, supporting senior pitcher Steven Byers, son of our longtime Transaction Specialist, Chris Byers, who's celebrating 20 years with the firm this year.

Since graduating in May, Steven has joined the Calloway Title family himself. We're excited to welcome him aboard. ⚾💙

30 years of business. 30 acts of generosity.

Day 18: Our team supported the Cheers Community Partnership Initiative, benefiting Taft's current nonprofit partner, Westside Future Fund. Since 2013, Cheers has raised over $650,000 for community partners, and this year's efforts support Westside Future Fund's work revitalizing Atlanta's Historic Westside Neighborhoods, ensuring long-time residents can remain in the neighborhoods they call home. 🏠💓

Every day this August, we're honoring Marcus' legacy with a new act of giving.

Day 17: Our team donated to Send a Kid to Camp, helping give children the opportunity to attend YMCA Camp High Harbour in the North Georgia mountains, where kids build confidence and make lasting friendships. 🏕️ One of this year's Head Camp Counselors, Hanna Huckabee, is the daughter of our CFO, Kendra Huckabee.
