“One should STAY READY to avoid having to GET READY.”

Yeah, yeah, yeah... Don't you hate cliche sayings that you know are true? 🥴

We have heard this mantra countless times, but how can one be ready with everything? lol

There are certainly some folks who are always on top of everything...

And then, there are others with good intentions. 🙃

The change of life's seasons is a constant subject that will be mentioned on my page. Sometimes we can predict the seasons and prepare. Other times, we can't.

Here is one "STAY ready" tip for the year:

CHECK YOUR CREDIT REPORT.

Your credit profile will matter whether it's time to buy or rent. Too often, clients start the home-buying process and are made aware of a negative mark on the report that affects their borrowing power! The same goes for those looking to rent.
