George West, Commercial Real Estate Broker As a Commercial Real Estate Broker, I represent tenants and landlords, to lease, purchase/sell, office, warehouse, retail spaces and buildings and land.

I basically act as consultant for companies or individuals wanting to lease or purchase spaces or entire buildings such as office buildings, warehouse (industrial) buildings, retail buildings, and land. In representing people leasing space or buying a commercial property, my fees are generally paid by the building owners. I also lease or sell commercial buildings for companies or indivduals, for a fee. I have done over 100 transactions during my career.
