Real estate would be easy if it were just opening doors and writing offers. That's what many people think.
But...there are the inspections, appraisals, repair negotiations, contractor meetings, title issues, financing hurdles, scheduling conflicts, last-minute surprises, and approximately 1,000 phone calls, texts, and emails along the way.
