VA loans - Veteran Loans

When a lender tells you there is no down payment that does not mean you will not have closing cost (negotiable). Think of buying a car & you need money down to purchase it, that will be considered your down payment. Now in order to to drive the car you need insurance, you need your vehicle to be registered, along with your tag, sales taxs, etc....consider this closing cost!

Depending on your unique situation and loan amount you may not need a down payment on your VA loan.

Homeownership is for people who are in the financial position to attend to their estates. It really can be for anyone if you move strategically to get there.

Interest rates % have not always been low.

You can pay down on the yield of a mortgage to make payments lower every month. It's all about the funds to put you in a winning position. Be intentional with what you're trying to accomplish.
