🏡 April market numbers are in for Paulding County.

The latest PBOR Market Brief shows inventory continuing to build, with 861 active listings, 420 new listings and 4.0 months of supply in April.

Sales activity held steady from March with 223 total sales, while the median sales price was $355,000.

🎬 That’s a wrap on Reel Estate - The CEquel: When Life Imitates Film…Again!

Last week, PBOR members joined us at the Paulding Chamber of Commerce for a creative CE class that used memorable movie moments to explore real-world issues in real estate, from disclosure concerns and liens to fraud, difficult neighbors and client challenges.
