📊 July’s Paulding County housing market numbers are in!

Closed sales remained strong in July, with 248 homes sold, up 14.3% from last year. The median sales price reached $369,000, while active inventory increased to 965 listings, giving buyers continued options across the market.

At the same time, new listings declined both year over year and from June, making supply an important trend to watch as we head toward fall.

🎒📚 Helping Paulding County students start the school year strong!

Earlier this month, PBOR’s Community Service Committee was proud to support Bethany Christian Church’s Back-to-School Event, a free community event providing school supplies and essentials to Paulding County families.

The committee donated 50 new backpacks for elementary, middle and high school students, along with a school supplies and toiletry items to help students head into the new school year prepared and confident.

We also teamed up with our friends at Texas Roadhouse to provide more than 100 free kids’ meal vouchers for local families! ❤️

We’re grateful for the opportunity to give back to our community and thankful to everyone who helped make this effort possible. Here’s to a great school year, Paulding County! 🍎✏️🎒

A sweet way to wrap up summer! 🍦☀️

Yesterday, PBOR’s Community Service Committee hosted an end-of-summer Ice Cream Social at the Wellstar Paulding Nursing Center.

Members spent the afternoon enjoying ice cream, sharing smiles and conversation, and making sweet memories with residents. It was a wonderful way to connect with our community and brighten someone’s day!
