So excited for my first-time buyer! After a few months of looking, we finally found the right home—and we’re officially under contract! 🔑

And this is a great example of why I’m telling buyers: don’t let higher interest rates scare you out of the market.

We are currently in a buyer-friendly market with a lot of active inventory, which means buyers have more choices and, importantly, more negotiating power. The key is knowing how to navigate the market and recognizing a good opportunity when it comes along.
