🏡 What if you could move WITHOUT giving up your low mortgage interest rate?

As a REALTOR®, I see it all the time. Homeowners who WANT to move but feel stuck because they have a 2–4% interest rate and can’t justify taking on a much higher rate.

There’s proposed legislation called the MOVE Act (Making Ownership Viable for Everyone Act) that could help change that!

The idea? Allow qualifying homeowners to transfer their existing mortgage interest rate and terms to a new home rather than starting over with today’s rates.

Think about what that could mean for:
🏡 Growing families needing more space
🏡 Empty nesters wanting to downsize
🏡 Homeowners who need to relocate
🏡 Buyers waiting for more homes to hit the market

This could help unlock housing inventory and give homeowners more flexibility!

The MOVE Act is NOT law yet, but I’ve decided to reach out to my congressional representatives to express my support.

If this is something you’d like to see happen, I encourage you to research the MOVE Act (H.R. 10028) and share your thoughts with your representatives, too!
