The Realtor® representing the buyers must be a member of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors®.
Clients must be first-time homebuyers (can’t have owned a home within the last three years).
Credit score must be greater than 620.
Household income cannot exceed $141,400.
Must be purchasing an owner-occupied home (modular & manufactured homes qualify; mobile homes do not).
Must close on purchase within 90 days of being awarded the grant. If not, funds are forfeited.
Must be pre-qualified with a mortgage lender before applying
