We were honored to host the Utah Chapter of ASLA (American Society of Landscape Architects) at Daybreak for its 2026 annual conference.

From tours of Downtown Daybreak, Watercourse, and the Cove House to conversations around the future of public space and community design, the event brought landscape architects and industry leaders together to experience the vision behind Daybreak firsthand.

The conference, held at The Ballpark at America First Square, also featured a presentation from our team alongside Loci on “Daybreak: A 20-Year Perspective — Turning Vision into Reality.”

It was exciting to see so much engagement around the public spaces, plazas, and gathering places that continue to shape Downtown Daybreak and the broader community.

Last week, employees from Larry H. Miller Real Estate, Destination Homes, and TallyCM joined together for the 16th annual Larry H. Miller Week of Service.

From making blankets to cleaning up the Jordan River and lending a hand at the Terraces of Rose Park, our team was proud to give back where it matters most.

With its signature frosty mugs, classic drive-in feel, and family-friendly menu, Hires is a time-honored tradition now made local to our growing community.

This opening was made possible through the incredible collaboration of so many, including the City of South Jordan, the South Valley Chamber, of Commerce, the Hales, Dojo Construction, and Okland Construction. We’re grateful to each person who played a part in bringing this to life.
