This gorgeous, very special property has been passed down with love and care through 3 generations. It is located in the Gilmer Park Historic area. 9th & 9th is right down the street. Doesn't get better than this! There are four bedrooms upstairs, two on the main floor and a mother-in-law apartment with a large kitchen, one bedroom, a great living space and a separate entrance.
