Just a little Update:
New listings increased 9.7% from November 2022 and decreased 17.2% from October 2023.

Pending Sales decreased 3.8% from November 2022 and decreased 11.3% from offers accepted in October 2023.

Closed sales decreased 17.1% from closings in November 2022 and decreased 19.5% from October 2023.

Inventory increased to 3.5 months in November which means that if no new listings came on the market it would take 3.5 months before we are out of homes to sell. The total average market time has increased to 55 Days on the market.

That being said the rates have came down a bit and I have lots of good lender friends that would love to help with all of your lending needs as well as would love to go over any questions about the market and or help look for that perfect home!
