So I met a sweet lady, Kathi, many months ago who needed boxes as they were cleaning out their family home. It was built for their family in 1965.
As I kept in touch and gave her hundreds of boxes over those months, we got to know each other little bits at a time.
Then one day, I get a call; not for boxes but to ask if I’d help run a CMA for value on the home and consider helping the family sell. I was honored, to say the least. She didn’t know my decades of experience, she just knew of my personal character. I was humbled ❤️
They grew up playing in the yard, exploring the forest, lived their lives until growing up, heading to college and leaving home.
Mom and Dad stayed.
Eventually growing older the house needed more care than a single person can handle. Now this home will have a fresh look on life after some remodeling and a whole new family of 3 generations entering this beautiful property.

I can’t wait to see it full of life and young children playing again.
Our whole town of Sandy knew this house as they grew up with the kids and I’m sure had many wonderful times within its walls.
