We met the clients 2 months prior and recommended we do a light remodel with New Flooring, New Paint, New Light Fixtures. We cleaned up the yard, sprayed for weeds, cleaned windows, took care of all that was needed without ever having them lift a finger.

We brought our our Designer/Realtor Kendra Koehler in for material selections, our construction team, Signature RBD, to handle the work, our Realtor/Staging Professional, Natalie Montoya and Melanie Jensen, to put on the finishing touches.
