HELP WANTED! Accounting Clerk / Book keeping.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to; payroll, accounts payable and receivables, general ledgers, financial chart of accounts, journal entries, collections, budgeting, forecasting, processing estimates, inventory, maintain all reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounting files, reconciliations and other duties as assigned to support and maintain the activities of the accounting department.
The ideal candidate can keep the highest level of confidentiality with all information obtained, has exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities, can complete all tasks within specified deadlines, is well organized, possess time management skills and can manage multiple priorities. Associate Degree in accounting, business or finance is desired. At a minimum, candidates must have least 2 years of accounts receivable/payable and book keeping work experience or is currently working towards an accounting or finance degree. Strong knowledge of computers and proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software, Microsoft Office and can quickly learn new computer applications and systems.
